Observed slight discomfort in morning walk in 2015.``ECG & ECHO negative then.In 2017 although ECG & ECHO negative, TMT mildly positive for inducible ischaemia. CAG done in 2017 showed SVD (100% lesion from proximal LAD.}.Ranopill 500, GTN sorbitrate. Rosufit CV10. Taking regularly since then with periodic checking. Taking up morning walk for one hour regularly with ease. Recently consulted one cardiologist for second opinion. After analyzing all reports, He said natural bypass has already formed.&& there is no threat. When I asked why medicine then, he told the Dr. who has prescribed can stop the medicine. My question is how to know natural bypass has really occurred, how safe is natural bypass, can stroke stroke/heart attack still possible, how to know whether the plaque has been dissolved, any preventive measures advised, overall assessment of my case. Presently sometimes I feel fractional breathing discomfort, fractional pinning effect. Sugar & BP normal. REGARDS.

It would be better to review the angiogram images to know about collaterals formed. Ideally for proximal LAD block intervention by angioplasty or surgical bypass is advisable if there is any artery seen distal to block. Due to continue in symptoms despite medication, it would be prudent to intervene.
