Dear lybrate-user. The hyper-pigmentation of the Lips can be corrected / treated with QS Laser with good result. It may need 4 to 5 sessions depending on the darkness. You will also need creams to be used regularly.

Lasers followed by cream treatment regimen may offer modest to very good improvement in your problem. Sessions of laser will have to be given, single sitting is generally not enough.
