I am santhosh and suffering from asthma since nearly 3 4 years and I stayed in hostel for 2 years recently since 1 years gastric problem has also started. Now I am preparing for govt jobs where I need to concentrate and should be healthy. Renctly I passes subinspector of police preliminary exam. But I need to pass physical efficiency test where I need to run 800mtrs in 170 secs. So please help me out with diet and guidelines. Thank you.
