Hello sir/mam, when I am swallowing something an unusual sound is produced inside my ear but there is no hearing problem. So what should I do? Please suggest me.

Hi lybrate-user. Actually this is normal physiological. Eustachian tube normalize ear pressure with each swallow. And this is good. Don't worry.
