I am having pain in right knee. As per recently taken MRI report: Tricompartmental marginal osteophytes with reduction of medial tibia-femoral joint space. chandra thinning in medial femoral condyle region, ACL chronic interstitial tear and Medial meniscus Grade II tear Taking Anoscha forte and fine joint one tablet each Also take galvus met 50/500 for diabetes twice a day Right knee pain on walking or standing pain increases after 75 steps and need few minute rest for further walking I fell on road in February 2018 but carried on walking with little or no pain. Pain aggravated after physiotherapy treatment in July 2018 as ultrasonic and AFT machines were used for 10 days I feel moderate pain on medial side in between when I bring down my leg while exercising sitting on chair and I feel mild pain on lateral side on knee in between while sliding foot toward hip while laying on bed.
