Dear Lybrate user it Will be a good option for you that along with the medicine prescribed by your Doctor you need to consult a clinical psychologist. Also it will be better that you follow up with the Psychiatrist regarding the medicines. You can not stop or increase the dose without his consent as it will lead to many harmful consequences. Plus if you feel any side effects consult the psychiatrist. All the best.
