I am a diabetic for 5 years, having glycomet 1gm after breakfast and dinner, wat is 72 kg height 165 cm, bp 76 and 111, fasting was 150, should I take some more medicine or continue with the same. I usually walk 3 km per day. My nature of job is sitting regularly for 6- 8 hr. Pls advise?
