Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The product mentioned has 45% whey protein and 41.7 % (41.7 g per 100 g) carbohydrate. Which means it will get converted to glucose after consumption. There is 45% protein, but on consuming this product there is bound to be a lot of blood glucose increase. Therefore if you want to have more proteins then eggs are the best type of proteins. One average size egg will give about 7 to 8 g of very good protein. Plus there is no carb. Thanks.
