I was suffering BP just above the prescribed minimum and continuing telmisartan 40 mg for the last 10 yrs. On lab verification My Triglisarade is high. Doctor prescribed Biotor-10 mg and Fenocor-67. Now it is found Triglisarade is lower. Is any problem in stopping biotor fenocor67? Is it is advisable to stop these medicines intermittently.

Yes better to avoid triglycerides medicines. Control with diet. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Decrease these in diet. Increase intake of traditionally healthy foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc to improve triglycerides and health. Best wishes.
