Hi, I have thyroid and it's fluctuating. Earlier it was really high that's around 10 which was a year back. I was on thyronorm 50 mg since last year. Recently I did another check up so my thyroid came very low which is 0.735. Now my doctor suggested me to take 37.5 mg thyronorm. The problem is its not available anywhere. So is it okay if I break the 75 mg in two parts nd take it? Or should I buy two different bottles? Nd the doc has prescribed me to take 37.5 mg from Monday to Friday nd 50 mg on Saturday and sunday. Hope you come up with a solution.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Madam 25 mcg and 12.5 mcg tablets are available. This makes up 37.5 mcg. Two tablets can be taken. Ideally TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, to be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. If you still have any doubt please come back. Thanks.
