I don't smoke and I don't drink and neither consume any form of tobacco and now I have even reduced intake of fried items and junk food and increased intake of leafy vegetables, and even walk 7 kms a day, what are the chances of I getting a heart attack and how to prevent one? I am 25 years old and is self-employed and I weigh 56 kgs.

There is no chance of you getting a heart attack just like that. If you lead a healthy lifestyle, there can be no dangers. I recommend that you eat healthy, sleep well, exercise regularly and be emotionally balanced all the time. You may also read the book, "Reversing the Heart Disease" by Dr. Dean Ornish and follow his guidelines you will be just fine.
