But question arises how can this happen as you don't feel like happy from inside and and your sadness part is dominating ,you are feeling stress how can you be happy, In your present condition may be its difficult for you understand but trust me once you will understand your potential and how to channelise this you will feel so calm, happy and stressfree life. Focus on present life, make short target for days, do whatever makes you happy, don't think about any thing for sometime ,writ� down your thoughts on paper. Take care.
