Hello, my wife recently get her thyroid tests from SRL diagnostics. T3 and T4 results are normal but TSH 3Rd Generation is 10.755 which is high. She is only 27 and we are planning for baby. Is it ok? And what we have to do now to get it normal?

Hello, Thanks for the query. You are right, TSH is high, suggestive of hypothyroidism. This needs to be treated by adequate dose of levothyroxine. To have baby strict control of TSH is very essential. It should be maintained around 2 mU/L, even before conception and through the gestation period. I hope things are clear.
