There is vaccine called Influvac for seasonal flue. We are travelling abroad and my doctor advised for this vaccine for my 4 years child and 75 years old father? Is that fine or this vaccine having any side effects?

There is nothing risk free in medicine, but benefits out way risks and that's why it is advise. Common side effects include fever, local pain and very rarely anaphylaxis can occur. Don't worry to much, believe your pediatrician, he is trained to handle any untoward effects of vaccine.
