I'm a 33 years old female. I have been having irregular periods since my 20's. I'm married for 3 years and have a 7 months old son. I was diagnosed with pcos and was under medication for ovulation. During my pregnancy I had gestational diabetes and had to go for cesarean section as the baby was too big. After delivery I have been having irregular periods, sometimes I have periods twice in a month and one month I did not have period. I want to know what is the problem with me and will it have any effect on my other pregnancies.

It is common not to get period or scanty period or delayed periods when breast feeding is going on. So during this time it is important to use reliable family planning method so that either you are not worried about pregnancy now and then or don?t miss diagnosing pregnancy early. For future pregnancy depends on your PCOD status
