I am a diabetic patient since 2017. I am taking amaryl m2 tablet before breakfast. For the few months from beginning of treatment the sugar level was good but now the sugar level went up to 220 (post food). What should I do now?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In diabetes, most often after certain months or years the old treatment may become less effective. SO there may be a need for change or addition of some new compounds or increasing the dosage. Plus one has to give a closer look at the lifestyl modification needed and diet and exercise. Thanks.
