Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In diabetes, most often after certain months or years the old treatment may become less effective. SO there may be a need for change or addition of some new compounds or increasing the dosage. Plus one has to give a closer look at the lifestyl modification needed and diet and exercise. Thanks.
