Meri age 34 hai. 2 saal se dono ankle, dono knee, or lower back pain hai. Test or X-ray Mai calcium kids kmi hai. Ankle ki bone bd gai hai. Ab right shoulder mai bhi pain hone lga hai. Hair lose bhi bhut jiyada hone lga hai. 3 month se Bonefast cap, Nervisun NT, GUdvok TB. Le rhi hu. Exercise bhi kr rhi hu. Koi Aram nhi hua. Please help.
