I had sex with a female friend whose STD status is not know to me. The female has had sexual encounters in past with several men, both unprotected & protected. I too have had sexual relations in past both protected and unprotected. We had protected vaginal intercourse but she performed unprotected oral sex on me. Now I have small red bumps on penile shaft with needle piercing sensation on the tip. The bumps first appeared couple of days after the sex and have been there for a week now. However, there has been no discharge or pain during urination. Kindly advise.
