I am aged 23 (F) and having severe ulcers in my tongue which don't seem to go even after applying smile on them regularly and having Vitamin B12 capsules daily since last 10-15 days. Please advise. Thanks.

First thing we need to notice the reason behind these ulcers. In most of the cases it heals by vitamin b complex. Not just vitamin b 12. If not responding after that there must be a local reason like sharp edges or rough surface of tooth. Which inturn not sllowing ulcers to heal. Reduce amount of stress if any, take plenty of water.
