Make a paste of fresh neem leaves and rose water and apply on face for 15 min regular and also use aloe vera daily. Also use Kumkumadi Oil.

Acnes are because of some internal problem. By applying soap/ face wash/ ointments, its not goona be treated. As soap etc only remove dust etc on external surface.
