I have been suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since 2013 and taking tab saaz ds and tab etoricoxib 60 mg for 3 years but worse part is that my pain and stiffness increase during September and october every year. Remaining months I feel comfortable. Why is it so? What should I do to overcome it?

Taking eterocoxib for long duration is not recommenced Pain is due to stiffness n that increases in cold Try to keep yourself warm during this period Do regular swimming or similar exercises in which all joints of body are used n movements occur.
