Dear Sir Thank you for your query. Realizing that drinking is a problem and wanting to seek help for the dance is the first step towards recovery. Please see a psychiatrist in person. Treatment of addiction consists of a combination of medication and psychological therapy. Medications can help you work the withdrawal symptoms, reduce craving as well as can act as a deterrent.
