Hi my age is 30 years and I have a jock itch, fungal infection in my gograin areas. I consulted one of the doctor but they gave me fluconazole tab. I used but when I stopped to take the medicine it's came back again. Please suggest me what should I do.

Some tips to be followed first- Do not use tight inner garments, elastic types, Nylon/polyster cloths, etc. Use Cotton, loose, non elastic innerwares.
