I am a person with a history of anxiety depression and eating disorder. I am currently underweight (5 foot 1, 88 lbs) but have taken my blood pressure (117/78) and heart rate normal (80 bpm). My blood sugar levels are also normal and I take multivitamins, prozac, and b12. I have been getting daily episodes of chest pain, panic, chills, numbness, discoloration of fingers/toes, and lightheadedness that can last up to 2 hours. Afterwards I feel exhausted for hours. How do I know if this is anxiety or heart failure or other issues from eating less? If it is heart related how do I fix it and is it too late?
