I am disectomy and laminectomy l3 l4 operated patient. 24 years old. Can I do push ups to strengthen my body regularly. Will it create any problem in my spinal or backbone. Please give me some suggestions. Because am doing it daily with a fear whether it would cause any pain to my spine. Please help me some exercises.

You can do push ups to the point of pain and stop if there is pain.You can do any other exercises without causing pain and stress

Pushups with straight back is ok but with flexed spine will do harm especially after surgery.
