Good morning I had health anxiety and I use to suffer a lot for couple of months however because of my activities like gym yoga and dance it's controlled however still I have some symptoms like If I hear about any illness I feel drowsiness and sometimes I feel very upset and palpitation moreover I check my body parts heart rate. I used to check a lot but now gradually I stopped it but sometimes I'm checking is there any way to cure.
