I have lower back pain and swelling from last 20 days. I visited an orthopedic doctor and he said that I have l5s1 socialization. He gave me 2 week medicine which is given below 1. Pentium 40 2.Etowin 120 3.Q-car 4.Nurogab after 15 days, I have less back pain but swelling is same as before. I visited again to doctor and he consulted CBC-esr and 25hydroxy vit-d blood test.In CBC test following observed value is less or high with respect of normal value 1.MCV 103 pg 2.MCH 38 fl 3. Neutrophil 20.4% 4. Lymphocyte 75% so what is the actual cause of my back swelling and stiffness. And what should I do?

It may be due to muscle spasm If it does not subside with muscle relaxants then get Mri done.
