Hi, I have delivered a baby 3 and half months back through c-section. After a month of delivery I felt my intestine when I lie on my back. I still look like a pregnant. My belly button dint go inside yet even after pregnancy. When I visited gynaecologist, the one who did c-section said, my muscles didn't contract yet and it's loose and weak. It's a type of hernia. She suggested to do exercise in order to keep it in control. I need good physiotherapist to guide me around ambattur about area. Please suggest me.
