Hi, I do not feel like eating anymore. I have stopped socializing with people too. I do not leave my room nor I talk anyone. I was the life of the party kind of person. I feel lonely and talk to myself a lot. Its like there are 2 sides of me talking to each other constantly.

Depression often leads to loose confidence about self, we can't stay calm and cry and cry only.we just don't have anyone to share our feelings with.so I would suggest you be those lonely, depressed feelings as your energy, don't try to suppress them or overflow them.instead use them for betterment of your own life.Do push-ups, join gym, try to distract yourself from everything whether it may be your friends, relatives.Don't just entertain them.ignore them completely.Make passion.Do try hard to achieve that passion.You can better start your day with gym or running of 2-3 hours.Then try hard to make your passion as your career.Don't indulge with anyone.people, friends are there only to do mastti or enjoyment.No one is gonna come over you and help you to come out your difficult situatio n.they will only give you sympathy which will make you only weak and to feel pity about yourself.so better you be strong, wear some attitude, ignore that Most very personal imp person and concentrate only one imp person that is you.Be yourself. Don't give anyone chance to snatch your beautiful smile.make use of those emotions to be strong and live a happy life..Do it on your own you will feel proud about yourself later
