Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. With a BMI 29.89 kgs/Sq meter, you are close to beining in grade 1 obesity. This itself is an invitation for diabetes. Your ideal weight has to be 66 kgs, which means there is an excess of 18 kgs. This adds burden to to the insulin action. Your glucose levels mentioned are pointing towards prediabetes. There is no need for medication, but please follow a modified lifestyle with diet control and exercise. That should keep you free from developing full diabetes. Thanks.
