Hello! I have social anxiety disorder and extreme fear of losing people to death. I get some symptoms from time to time but I am not sure if it's because of my anxiety or if its because I am actually physically ill. I can't go to the doctor because I am afraid I'd be sick for real. Ringing ears, dizziness when I get up, shaking and heart beats fast. Should I freak out!
