Dear respected sir/madam, I would like to say you that I am just 25 years old now, and facing from hypertension ,caused mainly by stress, and my doctor has suggested me to take pressure medicine. But now after taking these medicines for 30 days, I want to stop this soon. Can I stop this pressure medicine now. I am exercising daily and having in good diet as well,

Medicine alone is not enough. You should go for therapy too. In counseling you will learn many tools, techniques, and skills to handle your stress. Once you apply them you will gain in confidence and then gradually you can discontinue your medication but always with the doctor's approval.
