I have stone. Approximately 5.4�3.4 mm and 4.2�2 mm sized obstruction calculus noted in the left mind ureter, just proximal to the iliac crossing. There is resultant mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter on left side. Non obstructing calculus of size 5.3 mm and 4 mm seen in upper and lower pole calyx of right kidney. Few non obstructing calculi of average size 2-3 mm seen in lower pole calyx of both kidneys. What should I do?
