I am 36 year old, last year my tsh level was 66.6, I was suggested to take 50 mg of thyronorm tablet, after 5 month tsh comes to normal level. Today I checked again my thyroid, T3, T4 are normal but TSH is 12.66.should I again start 50 mg of thyronorm.

Hello, Thanks for the query. High TSh earlier and even now is suggestive of presence of hypothyroidism. That needs to be treated with adequate dose of Levothyroxine. There is no other treatment. Plus treatment has to be continued for life time. Thanks.
