Dear Asmit, Both licarb xl and lamez od are mood stabilizers. It works for clinical depression without a manic switch of elation. Even if do not have bipolar disorder it will work to keep your mood stable for many years to come. Did any of your blood relative had bipolar disorder? You are just 23 years. In every depression, you will stagnate for 6 months or so. This is an age to continuously to progress in education and job. Let not your mood spoil your future. Keep it stable with licarb or lamez.
