I am 30 year old. I suffered anxiety 4 months before which triggered my blood pressure level high. I have visited cardiologist and done echo test and the doctor asked me to take tablet for blood pressure. After taking tablets my bp is constantly 70-75/110-120 range. In the echo report, grade 2 diastolic dysfunction and mild concentric Lvh is present is mentioned. What is it? Is it treatable? Should I take bp tablet throughout my life?

Take anxiety tablets first, from psychiatrist and not cardiologist, they will give general tablets, if it does not control then take BP tablets from cardiologist and anxiety from psychiatrist. All the best.
