Hi, I am 17 year old male. I am overweight and do negligible exercise. From past year whenever I stretch my legs my leg muscles get pulled and the it pains for many hours.

Young man, medicines are no substitute for a healthy lifestyle. You must spend some time in exercises. Games like table tennis and badminton are quite absorbing and give good amount of exercise. Indulgence in yoga is still better. Take adequate balance diet. You may need some multivitamin tab. Initially.
