My heartbeat rate is 70/75 when rest. My heartbeat reached to 100 after taking Tulsi juice. I have tried two companies but the result is same. What might be my problem. I specially take for improving my immune system and improving allergic rhinitis. If it is unfit for me, please suggest side effect less juice which has multiple benefits like tulsi.
