I am suffering from a disease called anxiety psychosis. Whatever may be the term the thing is that I am always under insecurity as my mind says. I work in a primary school. I go there everyday. But if I remain absent for a single day, the next day I have to struggle with my mind to go to school again. I can't tolerate even a little change in my daily life. I am a patient of IBS. Please get me out from this impasse.
