I recently had a break up and the girl with whom I broke up is my relative. From then am in deep depressed, couldn't talk to anyone, excess crying, suicidal thoughts, sleepless news, excess thinking, no hunger, angriness, flaunt, mind swings and all are my symptoms. How can I overcome? Is this bipolar disorder? I have lack of concentration and lost my confidence? Please advise.

It's not bipolar disorder above symptoms are of depression, so you need to concentrate on positive thoughts and divert yourself towards other important aspects of your life. Spend time with your family and friends discuss and share your thoughts with close once. Do breathing exercise and yoga shravasan.
