I am having thyroid n was on medication if 87.5 mg. But I got my thyroid test yesterday n I got it 8.25. What should I do.

your current test also shows tsh levels fairly high, so continue at the same dosage level. Plus keep doing periodic thyroid assay (once every 8 weeks or so, to see if the thyroxine dosage is adequate or needs to be increased. I am sure you are aware of taking thyroxine tablets in the early morning on empty stomach and nothing to be taken after that for 2 hs. Plus avoid soya and soya containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, pea nuts and coffee. Consume more green leafy vegetables. Salads, use whole grain flour for making rotis and chapatis. Exercise regularly to avoid weight increase.
