Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Just be aware that medicine are just one part of any anxiety disorder treatment. It mostly helps in suppressing the emotions to provide temporary relief and sometimes may causes side effects. Still his thoughts and triggers are uncontrolled and medicine can't control it. So if stop medicine automatically panic attacks happen. So it's better to start few mindset change exercise or psychotherapy along with medicine to completly recover from depression.
