Hi, I?m going to take Doxepin 3-6 mg (1/3 to half of 10 mg) for severe insomnia, this will be under doctor supervision. I just want to ensure that at this low dose it does?t have cardiac adverse effects like qtc changes or abnormal rhythms. Thank you.
