My age is 23 and epilepsy for me started at the age of 20, when I consulted neurologist he said its common at that age, and suggested medication (valtec cr 300, 200) Is it curable.

If a neurologist has seen you and recommended antiepileptics for epilepsy then it is to be taken for long, the duration may depend on the cause of it and the disease nature and severity. Controllable is preferred term however.
