I am 36 years old woman. I found red non itchy spots on my hand and back of palm. They disappeared within few days leaving some marks and new one is coming. Just I have done CBC. I came to know that my basophil and absolute basophil count is zero. I have hypothyroidism. I am not taking any medicines for that. My TSH is 9.4. I want to know the reason for the small red spots. Whether it is due to thyroid or zero about basophil count.
