Dear Sir It is often difficult for people to cope up with increasing work pressure especially if the work environment is not conducive. There are certain healthy lifestyle techniques that will help you cope with stress. Do engage in stone firm of often activity at least for 30 minutrs everyday. Practice yoga and meditation. Try to spend some time everyday doing things you live like reading, listening to music etc. Remember, work is just a part of your life and not your whole life. Try not to take everything personally that happens at wish place. You will also benefit from psychological counseling sessions. Please feel free to contact me for further help.
