I got my tattoo 2 weeks before. It was quote which is 4 to 5 cm on my right hand. I want to remove it permanently .is there any scars ,blisters or rashes appear during treatment. Can I start treatment or else I need to wait for sometime. How many sittings I need to take. Please suggest me regarding this. thanks.
