Last week we found a small bat in our office roosting by the roof. It peed on the table and then fell down/flew down on the table. It was moving a little but wasn't flying. It was taken out in 20 min. We are not sure if the bat was ill or scared. It did not bite me. I didn't touch the bat. Observed it for few minutes from a distance of 2 feet. Is there any risk of rabies?

There is no risk of rabies as it had not bitten you. Rabies is spread from saliva and not urine People usually get rabies from the bite of a rabid animal. Casual contact, such as touching a person with rabies or contact with non-infectious fluid or tissue (urine, blood, feces) does not constitute an exposure and does not require postexposure prophylaxis.
