I am a type 2 diabetic diagnosed since last 5 years. As of now I take novorapid 10 units after dinner. tresiba 6 units before breakfast, 6 before lunch and 4 before dinner. Pioz 15 after breakfast and Glizid 40 before lunch. Exercise regularly and eat small meals. Still sugar levels remain extremely irregular.

Probably you have misunderstood the insulin regime Novorapid before each meal Tresiba once daily This has to adjusted Medical nutrition therapy has to be addressed properly Physical activity should be increased if not contraindicated.
