Hi, I had a big panic attack years ago and it has not left me ect I can not shake it off like the mind is trapped in time warp also bad insomnia. I have tried anti depressants and EDMR treatment where they wave a stick in front of your eyes and 11 sessions of TMS all which did not work.

Also you may have noticed that you are having a panic attack, your breathing grows much heavier and faster. Also your fear that the worst is going to happen is not realistic.

It is ideal to explore whether the event leading to this panic attack was something major and has left a scar in the mind or the panic attack itself was at such a time and place that the embarrassment has gotten etched in your memory?
